Project Overview
Milad Tower, the tallest tower in Iran and a landmark of Tehran, required advanced smart building control systems to manage energy, security, ventilation, lighting, and equipment monitoring. Asia Industrial Gateway was entrusted with the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of these systems, leveraging its expertise in large-scale building and industrial projects.
Scope of Work by Asia Industrial Gateway
🔹 Equipment Supply:
- BMS (Building Management System) for integrated energy and equipment management
- Smart sensors for temperature, humidity, occupancy, and air quality from trusted brands such as Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric
- Central control panels and monitoring equipment
🔹 Installation & Commissioning:
- Deployment of HMI and SCADA systems for real-time monitoring of tower operations
- Installation and calibration of instrumentation in HVAC, elevators, lighting, and security systems
- Integration of control systems with the tower’s central network and main control room
🔹 Process Automation & Energy Management:
- Design of operational scenarios to reduce energy consumption and enhance efficiency
- Implementation of smart lighting and HVAC management based on occupancy and environmental conditions
- Integration of security and safety systems with smart building controls
🔹 Maintenance & Technical Support:
- Periodic servicing of smart building and instrumentation equipment
- Training of tower operators for monitoring and control systems
- Delivery of complete technical documentation including schematics, manuals, and test reports
