Project Overview
Mobarakeh Steel Company, the largest flat steel producer in Iran, required advanced automation and instrumentation systems to manage production lines, control melting and rolling processes, and ensure product quality. Asia Industrial Gateway was entrusted with the supply, installation, and commissioning of automation and instrumentation systems, leveraging its expertise in steel and industrial projects.
Scope of Work by Asia Industrial Gateway
🔹 Equipment Supply:
- PLC and DCS systems for steel production process control
- Instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, and level sensors from trusted brands such as Siemens, ABB, Endress+Hauser, Yokogawa
- Smart control panels and energy monitoring equipment
🔹 Installation & Commissioning:
- Deployment of HMI and SCADA systems for real-time monitoring of melting and rolling lines
- Installation and calibration of instrumentation in furnaces, casting, and hot/cold rolling units
- Integration of control systems with the plant’s industrial network and central control room
