Project Overview
The Chadormalu Mining & Industrial Complex, one of Iran’s largest iron ore concentrate and steel production facilities, required robust industrial electrical infrastructure and advanced automation systems to support extraction, processing, and steel production lines. Asia Industrial Gateway was entrusted with the supply, installation, and commissioning of critical electrical and control systems, leveraging its expertise in mining and industrial projects.
Scope of Work by Asia Industrial Gateway
🔹 Equipment Supply:
- Low and medium voltage electrical panels with advanced protection and smart control features
- Monitoring and control systems from trusted brands including Siemens, ABB, LS Electric, CHINT GROUP
- Instrumentation for current, voltage, temperature, and pressure monitoring across extraction and steel production units
🔹 Installation & Commissioning:
- MCC panels and process control systems for crushing, concentration, and beneficiation units
- Energy monitoring systems integrated with the plant’s SCADA network
- Industrial cabling, transformer installation, and connection to main busbars of production lines
🔹 Automation & Process Control:
- Implementation of PLC and HMI systems for precise control of crushing, concentration, and steel production equipment
- Integration with industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Operational scenario design to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption in production processes
🔹 Maintenance & Technical Support:
- Periodic servicing of electrical and control systems
- Training of plant operators for monitoring and automation systems
- Delivery of complete technical documentation including schematics, manuals, and test reports
